RETURNS

All of our fresh cut flowers and preserved roses arrangements are handcrafted and made to order. Therefore, our products may not be returned or exchanged unless it was damaged during transit. All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. The Luxury Box Miami does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, and only if the notice received by the Luxury Box Miami at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and with our courier for delivery. But you can always call us 3475560850 if you have any questions or issues, or to reschedule the delivery.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

We do not take responsibility of arrangements being delivered to other locations (such as hotels, restaurants, recipient's work location, etc) other than recipient's home due to customer's requests. We also do not take responsibility on how customers handle the arrangement after it's been delivered.

 

REFUNDS

All refunds fort orders placed online or over the phone are credited back the original card on which the order was purchased. Prices of the flower arrangements and gift items displayed on the website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to market and business conditions and may change at any time without notice.
